Cancellation

Cancellation  before shipment is dispatched

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to your product being dispatched by us. In such a case we will just charge you processing charges of Rs. 500/- and refund the remaining amount to you within 10 working days. Please refer to our exchange & return policy for return / exchange of orders that have already been dispatched to you.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

2. We have a Free Shipping policy across India. We will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost anywhere within India. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

3. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

4. For regular orders, our delivery time is 8 working days in India and 20 days for any international locations. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Return/ Exchange

Return: Don’t want this wig, and you don’t want any other wig as well!

We are pleased to accommodate any return requests initiated within 15 days of the order reaching you. All wigs that have not been worn, washed or tampered with can be returned. You are welcome to try our wig at your home for a short duration, however a wig will be considered worn if the labels are removed and / or if the has lost its original form.

You can initiate a return request by dropping us an email on  help@papillonwigs.com and we will get back to you with the return address and other details. Once the wig reaches us, it will undergo a thorough evaluation to check whether the wig qualifies for a return request. If yes, we shall immediately process you request – in such a case administrative charged of Rs. 2000 shall be charges and the remaining amount shall be returned to you within 10 working days. We will be more than happy to assist you further.

In case your returned wig does not qualify for a return, the same shall be shipped back to you at our cost.

Exchange: Don’t want this wig, but want another wig!

We are pleased to accommodate any EXCHANGE requests initiated within 15 days of the order reaching you. All wigs that have not been worn, washed or tampered with can be exchanged. You are welcome to try our wig at your home for a short duration, however a wig will be considered worn if the labels are removed and / or if the has lost its original form.

You can initiate an exchange request by dropping us an email on help@papillonwigs.com and we will get back to you with the return address and other details for the exchange procedure. Once the wig reaches us, it will undergo a thorough evaluation to check whether the wig qualifies for a exchange request. If yes, we shall immediately process you request – in such a case administrative charges of Rs. 2000 shall be charged and the remaining amount shall be transferred to your account as store credit. If any balance is remaining after the exchange purchase, the customer shall have an option to keep the balance as store credit or get a refund of that entire amount. Administrative charges will be waived off if the next purchase is of a same or higher amount.

In case your returned wig does not qualify for an exchange, the same shall be shipped back to you at our cost.

1. How do I make a return or exchange?

Easy: e-mail us at help@papillonwigs.com and let us know your order # and mention whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange. We will then provide you with the related instructions and a return address to ship your wig back to us. We will be inspecting to see if you qualify for a refund, as tampered and worn merchandise will not be refunded. Note: we highly recommend to ship your wig via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2. What is the return refund period?

If you qualify for a refund, we will intimate you over email and your refund shall be processed to your account within 10 working days after the confirmation email.

3. Are there any charges for return/exchange?

As mentioned above, administrative charges of Rs. 2000/- shall be charged on return and exchange requests. If your exchange purchase is of same or higher value item, the administrative charges will be waived off as well.

4. Why are your wigs not returnable if worn for long or tampered?

Wigs are considered a hygienic product. We at Papillon, take matters of hygiene seriously and do not allow worn and tampered items to be returned for the safety and health reasons of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair wig suppliers do not allow returns of even opened items for the same reasons.

5. Do I have to pay for the shipping of by return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because PAPILLON BEAUTY SALON PVT LTD will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

6. May I return my hair wigs without contacting you?

NO. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds or exchange for wigs returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed and might be delayed.

7. How may I contact you?

You may contact us by e-mail at help@papillonwigs.com. The Papillon Support team operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We always guarantee a response within 24 hours and will be happy to help you!

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made  but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at help@papillonwigs.com

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc.  Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on help@papillonwigs.com with your order number for any clarification.
